Gaming with RL people

Two nights ago I gamed with someone that I actually knew in RL, in an on line game. It was  so weird! And I had to work with him the next day!  how awkward. No not really, it was actually kinda nice. We played MUA... he plays with Spider Woman: and she actually rawks! She may stay in my own stable.

Work is going fine. Had a meeting with my boss to discuss my learning plan. He wants me to work on bigger picture/more strategic stuff. When I left I was doing projects, figuring out processes to enforce new regulations, I was also the "go to gal" for odd-ball submissions. I loved that. I love odd balls. I love people who don't think like the majority, or who have weird ideas. See the odd ball people may have just as good products as the big companies, but they workers are often small businesses who need a bit of an extra help in making it through the process.  They need both a firm guiding hand and a shoulder to cry on and that is ME!  And soon (yes soon) I will be able to do that again. Since I am still getting my feet wet, I am doing the minuate... the administrivia... the paperwork that feeds the big gov't machine.  It's okay, but it's a waste of money to pay me to do it.
