For Gatsu (and other 300 fans) and Battlefield Beta thoughts

For Gatsu:

When Erica is in her highchair, and finished eating, my husband used to say:

"MADNESS?! This is.... SPARTA!!!"  And push (kick) her high chair away.  She would giggle and laugh...

Now she can say "Madness?"  Very cute, but very wierd.  It comes out more like "Mah-Deeesss". When she does that, you are supposed to do the rest of the line.  Just thought you would get a kick out of it.

What else is going on? The site I am writng for is fantastic. I am really enjoying it. I got to play the Battlefield Beta and I did a preview of it.  If you are a vehicle maniac, you will HAVE to get the game (assuming that the final version isn't teh suck). But honestly, from what I saw, the gameplay is great, I like the destructability.  There are also some cool things that not many people have mentioned. 

The first I am surprised no one thought of yet. The spawn points are dynamic. So ifyou die, you have a choice as to where to respawn. The first option is with your squad, which puts you right behind a squad member that you are observing. So, just like in COD, you are observing someone while waiting to spawn... and "plunk" you spawn right there. Pretty neat.  I couldn't find a way to change who I was observing.  The other spawn point is "unknown".  For instance it will say "Streets" or "plantation" or something like that, and plunk you down in a spawn point wihtin that area of the map.  I love this for 2 reasons. It inputs an element of strategy with respect to where you spawn. also it has the potential to get rid of spawn camping!  Some cool things can happen too: I spawned in the gunner position of a friendly boat! coooooool

The other thing is the "medic" kit. One of the kits you can choose is for a medic. You throw a healing kit to wounded players. this spells tactics to me.
