My husband is taking tomorrow off as a Daddy/Daughter day and is going to baby sit while I go to the spa. I loves me my spa days. I have a 1hour massage, facial and a pedicure. Can't wait! Sorry if this is bragging, but I don't get out much anymore (twtich, twitch)
I am really enjoying Halo 3. Curmudgeon Grudge is having a clan night on Monday and theya re going to play COD4. I will rent it and join (Sorry Halo Brigade, you'll have to pwn noobs by yerself on Monday). I wonder how I will like it. Should be interesting!
d'oh, Erica is up from her nap, gotta dash. Have a fantastic day!
PS: I left an e-mail for the director of the dept. I want to work at. Probably will never hear back. He's WAY too busy. Just have to keep at it I suppose!
EDIT: NSFW thoughts
Some people seem so po'd at the NSFW check box. Their basic premise is, you shouldn't be surfing the web at work, or it's an adult site: deal.
The thing is someof us work in places where surfing the web isn't a huge no-no. For instance my husband works at a software company and is manager of their web site. He surfs the web, it's actually in a way part of his job. He has to keep up with how others are doing their business. Lots of other places say you can surf, but there are limits, like in the federal civil service. It's left up to the managers. As long as I'm getting my work done, my boss doesn't care if I'm reading a few blogs here and there or checking the news.
So, surfing the web at work isn't a firable offense for many people. but having pics of nckd chicks (and dudes) creates a hostile working environment and can get the company in huge problems. They can get sued. It's a major no no.
That's why the NSFW thing is wonderful for people on 202p who want to read new blogs but they have to watch the content.
That's all. I think it's a great thing!
BTW: when I get back to work, I won't be able to read 202p: everything related to gaming is blocked by our firewall. (Unless I ask Phil, our IT guy. He likes me and maybe I can get 202p off the bad list!)
