Magic Mommy!

At least Erica thinks so. First time she's ever walked in the backyard and what does Mommy pull out? Bubbles!  Yep: take one 15 month old, add fresh air and some bubbles and you have one happy kid.  Quite a sweet moment. Made me think of spring, it the time for all the mommies to parade their little ones about, to get their little legs a walking.

Plumber went... well... okay I guess. I always feel like I am being bent over when I call a tradesperson. Not that I think they are doing me wrong, but beccause I am so clueless when it comes to anything handy, I just would never know otherwise.  So: we had a leak in the valve to the toilet (we already knew about that). But to auger (is that the word) the toilet cost... (wait for it) almost $150! Just for that!  I mean we were desperate: we had already tried everything we could, what else could we do. It's just one of those things.  Then again, Iin my work, I always tell people to hire consultants, people who know the business. I suppose I am just hiring an expert to do something I can't. At the end of the unclogging, Victor (nice guy BTW: expecting a baby in August: ya I'm that person who talks to strangers while they try to work) offers the standard home inspection. Basically he goes around and looks at everything. I say :nah, don't worry about it.  (I think we know where this is going)

So last night: the shower doesn't work. I mean NOTHING is coming out. Doesn't even sound like the valve is even on. I call, Victor comes by. There is a problem with the shower head. He says that whenever they do "stuff" with the plumbing, it can just sort of push mung around. We had a bunch of rust in the showerhead. He knocked it out, but it back on: no charge. Thank goodness.  For him.

That is that. I am trying to get through some Losy Odyssey. It's a great game. I got the cheat book, so I am a happy girl.

TTYL!

Cheat Book? Haven't touch the game, but want to. Fear of getting Hooked. Well at least the shower head portion was free. Guess that was to compinsate for the 150 on the toliet.

I see so many people playing it I wanna dabble, but I don't want to revert back to my RPG roots and spend like hours on hours getting everything done.

Well this is how everyone I have known describes a plumber, "To be a plumber you need only know two things, water runs downhill, pay day is Friday."
