For African-Americans this is the realization of a dream. During Last nights acceptance speech i experienced some of the feelings that I imagine many of the older generation experienced when they watched JFK on the night of his victory. Yesterday also symbolized the passing of the torch to a new generation. Young voters came out in record numbers. I for one am Just glad that I can someday tell thee next generation that I was there when the first African-American was elected president. For the First time America Looked past the black man & saw the American who also happenes to be black.
Now Flame Away.
