WOMEN WHO KNOW THEIR PLACE
A point of view
Barbara Walters of Television's 20/20 did a story on gender roles in Kabul , Afghanistan several years before the Afghan conflict. She noted that women customarily walked five paces behind their husbands.
She recently returned to Kabul and observed that women still walk behind their husbands. From Miss Walters' vantage point, despite the overthrow of the oppressive Taliban regime, the women now seem to walk even further back behind their husbands, and are happy to maintain the old custom.
Miss Walters a pproached one of the Afghani women and asked, 'Why do you now seem happy with an old customthat you once tried so desperately to change?'
The woman looked Miss Walters straight in the eyes, and without hesitation said,'Land Mines.'
Moral of the story is (no matter where you go)
BEHIND EVERY MAN, THERE'S A SMART WOMAN

Dreamed I woke up.. got dressed went to work then at lunch went to see LB & Bunky's new house that had an old school Penny Lane looking music area in the basement and a HUGE walk in closet full of Christmas Wreaths - up until the Christmas Wreaths, I didn't realize I was dreaming. lol Totally missed work yesterday.... ugh but still no smokes.
I cut back my dose to the 10mg... the 20 was just crazy for me. I felt a little mentally handicapped. 10 seems to work best. Still haven't smoked . Big test of will coming up this weekend - LAN tourney on a college campus. 2 ladies on my team smoke like chimneys. I am thinking of taping my fingers together. lol.
