I love video games, but I would never force my child to love them. This weekend I attended a birthday party for a 4 year old girl. It was Willy Wonka themed... more than themed... it WAS Willy Wonka. The lady was dressed as an oompa loompa, she had other ppl dressed up to. The movei was playing on like four different TV's. there was a chocolate river and fizzy drinks... a red carpet with this crazy Wonka guy that kept doing the trip roll thing. The little girl was terrified. My daughter was bored. It was quite apparent that this lady LOVED Willy Wonka... not her daughter.. even though she kept insisting her kid wanted the Willy Wonka Party. Goofy enough, the woman ended up being like one of those crazy Wonka parents !!!!
The girl wouldn't even blow out the candles on her cake. She sat in the playhouse crying. Srsly. I wanted to smack the green wig right off that mom's face!

I got a new phone. The LG Voyager. Seems my old phone.. that I LOVE is no longer being made.. can't even get a battery for it!!! :( It wouldn't hold a charge longer than 5 mins... which made me an uphappy person. This one is like an updated version of my old one... all touch screen and bluetooth.
