Is Mercury Impeding My House?

All things electronic are messing up.

My Elite Xbox (named Dark Knight - dammit) got the S.R.L.T.I.C (SINGLE RED LIGHT THAT ISN'T COVERED.). Coffin inbound, $100 already held on my damn card. See you in 6 weeks unless I can convince my son that Mommy needs his Xbox more than him.

Ceasar's computer got all ate up - so I can't get my super duper custom animated sig. :(

All the light bulbs in the house are blowing. In sectors.

The remainder of the Smoke Detectors need batteries. You may remember that in early January the ones downstairs started beeping. I got used to the noise, didn't change the batteries until May. They really did beep that long. Crazy.

------------------------------

For the first time I see an end to my continual gaming. I play every night. Or at least log on and jump in a game for a round or two. But with my Elite taking a dump, and the gaming silence that followed it, I see myself soon only playing the box every now and then. Like taking it out, dusting it off rare play.

It's a lot of time. And effort (does anyone else sweat like crazy when they play??). And there are many things I probably could or should be doing instead of playing Xbox. As my kids get older, interaction with them is increasingly important.

I dunno. Maybe I'm just bummed about the E 74 error.

WTF is this?

Took down the Naked Rainbow Man.  It was just too weird.

My 360 also got two or one, can't remember. It would be extremely easy to program the box to show just one or two red rings instead of 3, that would basically void all warranties. Hmmmmm.....

Sounds like you got wiring issues in the house Jeepy. Depending on which red light it was, that could be power supply issues. That along with lights blowing in sectors sounds a lot like you could have some electrical issues.

You should have searched on how to '3 ring' your xbox. MJ

Yeah, we pay an extra $50 a year to keep extending the warranty on ours. Everyone acts like we're crazy for doing it, but we've gotten the 1 ring twice on his Xbox and haven't paid a dime to have it fixed, so I think its definitely worth it.
