Shared on Thu, 07/10/2008 - 08:57Ummm, so people want pics of camping? It rained the whole damn time! So here are the kids hanging out in the tent in the rain. It's a damn miracle the tent didn't leak because we had a huge Tent Fight!
We painted our hallway. Looks amazing now. First time painted since we moved in (9 years). Excuse my husband looking kinda creepy. I think we were having a Paint Fight.

I have two easy options for you! PAINT FIGHT for inside activities, or TENT FIGHT for those weekend adventures.
Somehow my hubby and I avoided the paint fight. We've painted many rooms together now, and have a system down for it. Plus, I distinctly remember not freaking out when he spilled paint on the carpet and then stepped in it. I think holding back in that moment, kept a Paint Fight from happening.
Tent Fight though. Totally unavoidable. No way around it. As a matter of fact - in the middle of our Tent Fight, our buddy walked over to complain about HIS Tent Fight. The details don't matter, but this one was in the aftermath of a major rainstorm, getting ready to rain again - and my insistence that staking the tent down was a critical component to our survival.
