Shared on Thu, 01/29/2009 - 07:12I took the drama test and passed!
Although I had major issues last night to deal with (dramatic goodbye posting, squabble on a small team, and the collateral damage that follows) I resisted the urge! Now, I chewed a whole pack of Stride gum..... but resisted the urge.
Tomorrow is official quit date. No turning back after that.

In other news.... want a quick gamerscore boost? Play Legendary (pretty neat story... and fighting/healing/magic system) and download Interpol from the XBL Marketplace. I have been waiting for a game like Interpol on XBL since it's inception. If you know of a similar one I missed, please mention it.
Interpol is basically a Where's Waldo kinda game with 10 objects, plus 3 bonus objects. Sounds easy right? Not so much. The areas you look are themed, so you need to know what a Wicket is, and you need to know what a Bobby's Hat is, you need to know the difference between a Sphinx and a Scimitar. It's a great game to play while you are sitting in a party goofing off. It's also perfect for family play. We put it up on the big TV, and both of my kids (8, and 4 next week!) played it with me. They were hella good! Achievements are quick, the storyline is goofy - but haye, it's an arcade game. So my quickie pick is Interpol.

Carolina Games Summit

Local college puts this on every year. They had 800 or so people last year. It's a fundraiser for one of the fraternitys. I will be there competing for Call of Duty 4 on the 360, but they also have a Rock Band tourney and all sorts of other stuff. Check it out. The hotels in the area are supercheap (Hampton has a $69 rate going) and at least 10 of my PMS ladies will be there with me! Let me know if you are attending, we expect throw down pretty hard on Saturday night. :)

I've been a member of a couple of survey panels for years. Greenfield being one of them. I have found a new one I really like. PM me your email if you are interested and I will send you the details. :)
