Had a wonderful day with my Sweet Gal, Effie, yesterday, and I'm hoping to see my loving gal again this afterlunch! Every moment we share, no matter how simple, is sheer Heaven! Hitting the gym early this morning, where I have a class with Rob, one of the Planet Fitness workout gurus. It's a group thing where we'll get goal-setting guidelines for our individual workouts. I was a gym rat for a few years, but since I'm well out of warranty, lol, I need some guidance on how to fill out some of this hanging skin without hurting myself. Moving on...
