Shared on Tue, 01/29/2008 - 09:17This is directed to those whom I've read about, talked to or anyone else who wants to read. The Bible can answer all of life's questions. I'm not a Bible scholar, but I know the answers are there.
Humility: As far as this goes, humbling yourself before others is one of the greatest things you can you, and shows you to be Christ-like
Luke 22:26
26 "But you are not to be like that. Instead, the greatest among you should be like the youngest, and the one who rules like the one who serves."
Questions: Always ask questions, you will find the answer you're looking for.
Matthew 7:6-8
7 "Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. 8For everyone who asks receives; he who seeks finds; and to him who knocks, the door will be opened."
Marriage: I'm not a marriage counselor, but I can tell you this, marriage without love or trust is a marriage that is headed the wrong way.
1 Corinthians 13:4-7
4 Love is patient and kind. Love is not jealous or boastful or proud 5 or rude. It does not demand its own way. It is not irritable, and it keeps no record of being wronged. 6 It does not rejoice about injustice but rejoices whenever the truth wins out. 7 Love never gives up, never loses faith, is always hopeful, and endures through every circumstance.
I know it is real easy to focus on the negativity in the world. It is also easy to let the world influence you in the decisions you make. Believe it or not, the world is not always right. Listen to your heart. Listen to the still, small voice.
