Shared on Mon, 02/11/2008 - 13:21I give you my bucket list, in no particular order:
*Visit Israel, and walk where Jesus did. Visit the various places where Jesus taught, healed and the place where Jesus was crucified and raised from the dead.
*Visit the hallowed grounds at Normandy. See where it all happened, and "feel" the memories of those who came before me, and sacrificed it all. If I were allowed, and I know I wouldn't be, to walk along that beach.....the Ghosts of Normandy.
*Skydive. I, too, have an affinity to jump out of a perfectly good airplane.
*To take my entire family on a driving tour of Europe (European Vacation style!!!), all of it. From Spain and Portugal, to England and France, Germany, the former Iron Curtain to Italy, Switzerland and all points in between.
*This last one is weird and actually is a bit stupid. To live a week, like Les Stroud does. With no one other than myself and try and survive in a remote environment, with nothing more than a few items of convenience (i.e. flint, a multi-tool, a knife, etc.)
I'm sure I could add more to this list, but since the consensus seems to be set at 5 or so, I will leave it at that.
