Shared on Thu, 07/31/2008 - 14:19Not much to post, but Megan is scheduled to have surgery the week of August 25th. We are waiting on more details. They expect they might have to remove the J-tube as it is hurting her intestines but she will also have her biopsy done and other things. Her GI doc and her mitochondrial doc are going to be there to help decide what is next for Megan. Please pray.
Remember the last time she had surgery, they had to put her under and she got pneumonia from the breathing tube irritating her lungs. Well, they have to put her under again and with the last bout weakened her, we are praying hard that the last time won't affect this time. Gonna be a stressful day on the 25th, to say the least.
