Today's events

So, we still haven't come home. Megan is on a bit of a roller coaster ride. She does good for about 3 or 4 hours, and then she goes through her vomiting spells. The fever is all but gone, so that's not a big deal. The nurses are trying to get the vomiting and mucus under control. The insert a tube through her nose and suction what mucus they can. I was witness to one of these today...not cool. Mucus causing the vomiting. The have been giving her medicine to help with it, and it works for a while, but then wears off and we start over again. Her IV had to be taken out due to her veins popping. They are going to try again this evening to re-insert the IV to be able to give her continuous meds. Stacy is doing well, and the boys are good too. I get to play Mr. Mom tomorrow and get up and get Jimmie to the bus stop and take care of Ian-Thomas, who has a nice cold of his own. Anyhow, thank you all so much for your prayers. We would not be in a good spot without them. God is good all the time and all the time God is good.
