This is an off the wall gametype that has sort of become a clan tradition.
In Halo 2, it worked like this:
Neutral Bomb on Coagulation (16 people recommended)
Take the football (bomb) to the end zone (enemy's base) and score a touchdown (arm the bomb)
Beat downs and splatters only! Friendly fire is off! Players are not allowed to fire their weapon.
First to 3 wins, no time limit.
That being said, Football has made its return to Halo 3. The map of choice that night was Valhalla. Special thanks to the Forge for allowing me to create custom spawn points and vehicle arrangements. Also, thanks to the Saved Films feature, I whipped up a little video for all of ya!
