Form of steam(punk)!

It's late, and I can't sleep. I have alot on my plate the next few days. it involves my typical 8 hour day of work, then do a side job involving installing new video editing software on our youth group computer, update the computer with new stuff, then create video announcements from concept to final product. All before Wednesday afternoon at 5:30pm. On top of this, I have a feeling that I will be having to work the sound board or computer at tomorrow night's revival. Despite being told I wouldn't be needed. It just seems to be my luck lately.

But i'm not complaining.

I decided to post this picture I found via gizmodo.com It's a "steampunk" version of Iron Man.

Iron Man is hands down without a doubt my favorite comic book hero of all time. I've always identified with his obviously techy background and amazing genius (This is not me saying I'm some Mensa card carrier...I am nowhere near that) and his obsession with improvment and the well-being of everyone, not just himself.

His dark side I can identify with as well. I'm not an alcoholic (I don't even drink), but I know what's it like to have an amazing talent to share with everyone, and have a vice that you embrace on the other side of your life for comfort. It's almost like Iron Man was made for me :)
