Shared on Fri, 02/15/2008 - 17:38So I decided to keep Bioshock and got a great price for it (I love Gamefly's 10% discount for level 3 members). They sent me Resident Evil: The Umbrella Chronicles for the Wii next (still not the #1 of my list but who cares, I've been wanting to play this game), it's sitting on my wii right now begging to be played (which it will be as soon as I'm doing blogging to the masses)
I never was a big fan of the resident evil series. It's not that it scared me, it's just that I hated the control style. It was awkward and I never EVER got used to it. when Resident Evil 4 for the Wii came out, I loved playing it, but it was a Brick and Mortar rental so had to take it back in a few days.
I know that this is nowhere near a real Resident Evil game, and maybe that's why I'm interested. A rail shooter? It's very 1995, I know....but playing games is about variety. I can only play so much Rock Band, GH3, and Call of Duty before it all seems to blend into one...giant...video----
hmmmmm
What if they developed a game where you were a Navy Seal who had to stop a terrorist from destroying the world, but you had to start a Rock Band first to raise money for weapons, and then when you finally were able to encounter the terrorist, you had to play him a guitar duel of Gitarzan by Ray Stevens?
Would you buy it?
No?
Ok....
either way, I'm looking forward to checking out The Umbrella Chronicles. Have a good weekend all! Be sure to scroll down and The Jericho Files #5! you'll love it!
