Why 360 owners won't pay for new H2 maps

I have one very simple theory and one not so simple theory on why the new maps won't cost 360 owners a cent.

The not so simple theory is that MS wants people to buy 360's.  And yes, I know that $4 is a trivial amount when you're talking about the alternative being $400, but put a disc on shelves that is the H3 beta and the new H2 maps on one disk and I smell 360 sales in large numbers.

The other reason is forehead-smacking simple.  They announced today that the maps will cost $4 and they said they priced it that way because 180 owners can't use points to purchase maps.  Well, guess what?  360 owners can't purchase ANYTHING that's not in points.  So therefore I think the maps will be free to 360 owners. 

Both reasons are a bit of a stretch but I'm sticking by it for now.
