The support that we all give and get from each other is fantastic.. Everyone is doing great with it... The support I get at home from my hubby and kids is so amazing too...
Wouldn't it be great if it was as easy to take off the weight as it is to put it on? My grandma always used to tell me, "You didn't put it on overnight, so it's not going to come off overnight either.." I beg to differ with the first part of her statement...I think you can put weight on overnight, or a least over a couple nights... In fact, I've done it... Sitting down at 10 o'clock at night, and eating a humongous, fully loaded steak hoagie and at least 2 cans of Pepsi a couple of times a week will do it... Been there... DONE with that! I don't eat that way any more.. And I've given up Pepsi.. (although, if it's a very special occasion I'll have just a little bit, and even then it's too damn syrupy.)
Since we started our healthy way of life on January 1st, I've lost around 15 pounds and I'm still going strong... I've still got a long way to go, but I feel SO much better.... It's great to have the energy to do the things you want to do...
Anyway, I just wanted to share... Thanks for listening.....
