This kid could not have been older than maybe 6, 7 or 8 and he's jabbering away, very cute, talking about his 'kills'. Of course no one else in the room is watching their language around him. Next thing I know they jokingly trash talk him. In response, you would not believe the filth that came out of this little boy's mouth! It wasn't just a curse word here and there - there were racial slurs, sexual comments, and the "F" word used in a way only Metallica could live up to. By this point I had stopped paying attention to the game and was trying to picture what kind of parents were at home allowing their child to talk like this and play xbox live with (in my opinion) some of the trashiest people to walk the earth.
Anyways, it struck me as sad. I wondered what kind of home life he had - and I'm sure this is the way things are more often than not. But on xbox you get these little windows into other people's lives - whether it be 2old2play friends, or strangers. And some interactions last in your mind longer than others.
