I wouldn't have personally picked out the "limp saber" as my choice of weapons) Our living room has our couch and love seat at a right angle, with a table in the corner. I must admit that the remainder of the christmas decorations are in a box next to that table leaving a little niche between the couch and table. Andrew (who is five) has chosen that spot as his perch. Sniper perch to be exact. And that Light saber is now a sniper rifle. He sits there and announces he is master chief as he "picks off aliens".
The empty wrapping paper roll has become a rocket launcher, and the pirate sword of his brothers has become his energy sword. I think the kid has an addiction. I mean I can think of worse people to want to be, but I think its funny how far his imagination has taken him.
The big problem? when you ask him who he is sniping he says "aliens, joker, penguin, the riddler, and cat lady."
I think he has his fantasy worlds confused.
