So my poor parents have had some bad luck the last two years. First my dad breaks his shoulder and is out of work for 2+ months. Then they put their house for sale since my mom realized that a 3400 sq ft house is hard to take care of on your own. They found a new house they were in love with and went ahead and bought it thinking their old house would sell. That was 18+ months ago. They almost sold it. In fact the new people had moved in, signed an earnest money agreement and everything. Two months later (they were paying rent) the peoples credit is now shit and they cant buy the house and they refuse to sign the release for the earnest money. So now my parents have to take them to court.
Then my mom gets her car towed from in front of my house to the tune of $260, their old furnace craps out, their new furnace craps out, their new oven craps out and basicly everything that could go to pot has. Thank goodness they still have jobs!
Anyway, my dad was at wally world last Thursday. He gets up early for work so I will assume it was 7ish in the evening. He comes out of Walmart and his car is gone. Someone has stolen his car. Its a 2002ish Buick Regal. Who the freak steals a Buick Regal! It has the security chip in the key, so they would have had to do more then just jimmy the ignition too. Im just flabbergasted. First that some idiot would spend the time to steal my dads lame old fogey car, and secondly that they have had such bad luck. Insurance wont pay out for a new car for four weeks, and insurance wont pay for a rental. So my poor dad has to drive my mom's ancient POS Oldsmobile  Silhouette (aka death on wheels between shakes and I.)
I sure hope that Karma catches up with the Jackasses that did this.

Wow, hopefully things look up in the new year! THat's an insanely huge house though for only 2 people... damn. What are they asking for it just out of curiosity so i can laugh at how much we have to spend for a shack here in cali.
