*Suck!*

Suck- I walk in the garage and my glasses instantly fog up
Suckage- I hear running water
Suckfest- the water heater has a small stream of water spouting out the side.
Sucktakular- Shakes is gone and isnt answering his cell phone.
*more profanities then I care to list here*- water streaming down the entire side of my garage that is solid storage.

I ended up going to the neighbor because the water heater turn off valve was screwed so tight that with my arthritis I couldnt even budge it. My landlords will be so happy when I call Today. Serves them right for not getting rid of the ants nest under the heater. Guess they will HAVE to take care of that now so they can change out the water heater.
Nothing is ruined, just that side of the garage is packed solid. SO MUCH STUFF TO MOVE.
