.30-06 with a walnut stock...

Not really, but it is a .30-06 shell casing mated up with walnut. I'm extremely happy with this one since I finally nailed the CA (krazy glue) finish. I still need to polish the shell casing but I don't have any Brasso right now. Next up for this type of pen will be the shell casing mated with deer antler.

I'm not really happy with the clip on this one and need to figure out another option for the next pen....

Dude that looks too much like work. Nice though. Wouldn't rifle barrels make great back scratchers?

Nice, I assume it is also a pen? How did you fasten the casing to the top? Maybe you could make me one in .308 Winchester (7.62 Nato)!

I would want a .45....but I guess that wouldn't work for a pen....maybe a dry erase marker though!! VERY NICE work LB!

@Doorgunner: yep it is a fully functioning pen. Might be able to do a .308.... @Rogue: maybe..... @Walla: yeah, a .45 might be a bit much as a pen....If you send me an expended shell I'll take a look.
