Aight.

In a surprising act of self control, I did not purchase NASCAR The Game 2011 early Tuesday morning.

I did rent it yesterday, though. Heh.

I like it. I like most racing games and I am a NASCAR fan. I am the em effing target market! If you play this game and you are not a NASCAR fan, it will seem lame. If you are a really obsessive NASCAR fan the weird details (hello, 2010 lineup [but I hear there will be DLC for the current Sprint Cup jive]) will grind your balls off into the apron.

I don't know if I will dash out to buy this game in 5 days when my rental is up, but I can say for damn sure I will scoop up a used copy in the coming weeks.

While we are discussing NASCAR, meet Dale Jr. He lives in our house. He has lived with my husband and I since before we were married. 4 years now! Dale used to scare the shit out of me because he is life-sized. Now I hang my janky bar freebies and/or Christmas decorations on him.

I had to hold the camera very high to get this wonderful shot. I am not tall, and Dale is. No wonder he freaked me out for a while.
