Shared on Mon, 04/21/2008 - 10:49You know, most mornings I wake up thinking "I am FAT". While I am not a huge person I do have some extra weight that I need to get rid of. I joined the 2old2play weight loss group and although I have been AWOL from the forum, I have been working out most weeks 5 days a week. I haven't stayed away from all the foods that SoupNazzi listed but I have been practicing moderation.
Anyways, today was the first day in a few years where I woke up feeling skinny. My belly is slowing slipping away and the pants aren't fitting like they used to. I had to purchase a new belt because my old one was falling apart and I bought one size smaller. I guess I should have bought two sizes smaller because I am on the second to last hole.
Our college opened a new Gym/ Recreational facility and they have a trainer that will work with people. He works with a bunch of faculty and staff each lunch. I come home almost every night and tell my wife "He killed us today". I feel great though. That being said.. Time to go to a "spinning class".
