Softdrinks - No more

Well almost....

I have decided to give up soft drinks.  It has been 3 weeks.  So far I have only had 3 glasses.  One each Saturday.  Today, I drank one with my hamburger.  It was hard at first, but I don't have the desire to drink them anymore like I used to.

Are you feeling any caffeine withdrawal or are you replacing it with coffee?

yep I've done the same thing. I get a lot of those flavored water packets from wal-mart and make gallons of that and drink that instead. that, apple juice and orange juice and Im good. Makes it hard when I go out to eat. But I try to keep a flavor packet on me when I go out.

Good job, drinking soda pop is probably the fastest way to put empty calories and sugar into your body that doesn't involve a syringe full of twinkie.

Good for you. For a while I had cut down to 1 or 2 of the mini-coke cans per week. But I'm a coke addict :)
