Thanksgiving Weekend

What a weekend.  Drove 3 hours Thursday morning to my In-laws to have Thanksgiving dinner.  My wife and mother-in-law took off for the city to get ready for Black Friday so I drove back Thursday night with my daughter.  My wife absolutely LOVES black Friday.  The women in my wife's family rent a hotel room in the city for Thursday and Friday night so they won't have to drive as far.  This year they got up at 3 am and were at JC Penny's at 4 am.

NOT ME..

My daughter and I slept in on Friday and then got to town about 11:00 am.  The places we went weren't to busy so we just hung out at the mall for most of the afternoon.  I bought my wife a few presents, let my daughter ride the carousel and play in the play area.  Basically we just hung out and had fun.  She was so sweet on Friday.  Today we did NOTHING.  We both stayed in our PJ's ALL DAY !!!  We watched football and I played together.  Just had fun together.  She wasn't as good as yesterday but still very good.  Tonight I gave her a bath and afterwards she fell asleep on my lap while I was watching the football game.  It was nice, but I wasn't able to yell at the TV. 

Clemson Tigers finally didn't choke and finished the season 9-3. 

Sunday I drive halfway to SC to meet my wife.  She needed this time with her mother and shopping and time away from out daughter.  Even mommy's need time away from their kids sometimes.

Last weekend I went hiking and I haven't downloaded the pictures yet.  I will get to them sometime this week.  Maybe Sunday night.
