You can't post vids from anywhere but youtube. The coding to do so is [youtube] insert video url here [/youtube] Thanks for the hot chicks though :)

you can also embed google using the same brackets. Also, there is a way to embed vids from other sites, but it deals with source code, and I haven't figured it out yet.
