Shark Tournaments

i'm sure many of you have seen pictures or videos of animal cruelty in other countries where they have dogs and cats crammed into tiny filthy cages at food markets where they are flayed, or burned, or gutted while still alive for their meat or fur or for whatever organ may have "medicinal" value in front of the market crowds like nothing is out of the ordinary. whatever you're feeling, hold it and picture all those people as American families with their children, all enjoying a day out to view the slaughter, splash through the blood and touch the dead animals' remains. nice, huh?

mmm.... save the icky sharky bits for me! I say if you can: go to an aquarium witht he kiddos sometimes soon. lots of fish, and other interesting critters, and just like zoos they are usually into research and wildlife preservation.

taking kids to an aquarium to see and learn about sharks instead of a dock to see them being gutted makes too much sense.
