My sister-in-law to be and I have been hanging out quite a bit lately. Her wedding is coming up in a couple of months and she has had to plan this entire wedding completely on her own. No help from her parents, no advice, nothing. I volunteered to help out with anything she needed when I found out how stressed she was about this whole thing. She is a super sweet person. So, I have been doing odds and ends to help get this show on the road (so to speak). The other night we were looking for music for the reception. She had picked out her song for and her father to dance to, but couldn’t find anything for her fiancé (my brother-in-law) and his mom to dance to. So, we were cruising the internet highway finding all kinds of good songs (not necessarily good for son and mom to dance to good, but good dance songs), when we came across quite a few 80’s songs. We then started reminiscing about the when we were younger and the stuff we were into. At one point we laughed until we cried. I think my children thought “Mommy” had lost it. We had some good times…..
Our laughs, made me remember this list I saw one day and I had to post it.

To add to this list if you wore Capezio dance shoes and leg warmers if you wore skinny ties if "she blinded you with science" if you knew how to get to "21 Jump Street" if you could say "Say hello to my little friend." in a psuedo-Cuban accent if you tried to grow stubble on your face like Sonny Crockett

Wow, you blog often! As a fellow 80's child, I liked the the images. I have not seen a Thundercats picture in ages. Wasn't a huge GI Joe fan, but I really liked Transformers. Why in the world they made Optimus Prime a different looking rig in the movie as well as Megatron a spaceship and bumblebee a camaro is beyond me. We might be online tonight, and I'll look for you guys if so.
