I enjoyed the game through and through. Especially the ending as it all settles in. Though I didn't at first. Not at all.
I'm not taking anything away from anyone who loathes the end or wants a new one. For me on completion I felt a bit...confused. And I was doing a lot of thinking...processing. Lots of processing.
I thought about all I had seen in this series. What I know of the world, the fight, the enemies, allies and all the goals.
I thought about the lingering questions and some other points that arose through the end sequence.
I commiserated briefly with some disgruntled ME3 fans who HATE the ending but...I didn't hate the ending the way they did. I didn't like it at that point either. I just felt like I was missing something. I kept processing on all those prior points. So.....
I looked online to see if others were in my boat. And there are quite a few others who did see things, consider information and thought over it all as I did. They also pointed out some points I missed or hadn't thought through yet. Put all together and in context, there are plenty of questions that remain but the answers they may indicate...
Given the vocal frustration of so many fans, which is a testament to this game and the compelling world they've created in a sense, if the conclusion from all my (and others) processing leads Bioware where I think it may...If so, Bioware has made some pretty damn brilliant videogame story and deserves some kudos for it.
So now....I've got a big smile on my face. I'm going to enjoy my replays. I am going to tell those who ask this has been one of the most fun gaming experiences I've ever had (which is true for me). I love that I can say I've been playing this series since the first game in 2007. Oh, it's not perfect (some of the treatments of characters and their storylines I did not agree, funky sound levels, weird clipping, this ship compared to the ME2 version so dark as to be depressing (my husband says it's a moblie man-cave) and what is the point of the robodog if you got CE edition, illusions of choice vs. true choice and consequence - but those are a different discussion).
What game is perfection, really? Except when it is perfect for you and the experience you want to achieve playing it with friends or on your own. By that criteria...
This game was perfect for me. I had fun and I love it.

There is sooo much going on in this game. I am tat he geth part of the game did the first mission and rdy to go on the second part. Already i have have experienced more wonderful story telling moments then I can honestly think of with any other game. This one is definetly a ride. Having played it from the beginning with ME1 I can honestly say, anyone who hasn't, has done themselves an injustice. The way the interact, have grown as characters and the hilarious one liners that each comes up with, totally suit their character. I've been blown away with the whole experience so far. Already looking forward to taking on the galaxy with evil shepard and wondering if i can fail and lose the galaxy to the reapers. Will be trying my best to when evil shepard comes out to play MUUAAAHHAAAHHAAA.
