My Will vs A Japanese RPG

So as an early graduation gift, I was gifted Final Fantasy XIII. As one who tripped down the RPG road with the FF series as one of my formative experiences, I am always interested in the evolution of the series and the games. So this presents a willpower issue...but I'm stronger than the game, right? I've got finals and stuff coming to a head....having this accessible to me...well, I can resist. Just because I've playfully given my other game temptations to my guy to hide from me until finals are over, doesn't mean this has to be a big problem, right?

I mean, it isn't going to be an issue if I take off the wrapper to check the packaging out....

Or check out the manual...(Hmm they print less and less don't they?)...

Or maybe just fire up the ole' system to check out the opening sequence...(gorgeous!)..

Ok I can try out the controls for like...5 minutes...10 minutes...ok an hour but...
