BORED TO TEARS!

So I sit in my basement again looking at failbook and people of walmart along with doing my homework, surfing websites, etc..........and I'm bored as all hell.  No work again today.  I scheduled myself for something tomorrow that's kinda towrads where I'm heading to kinda give me a little head start. 

Where am I going?  Chicago to the Autoshow baby!  Gonna check out the new cars, stay at a buddies house and it's gonna be just like fuckin high school........but better.  Cause we're older and can legally drink.  lol  Should be a great time.

Next week Monday the wife is having some VERY minor surgery.  So not looking forward to that.  I hate being in hopsitals more than I have to be for work.  Then Tuesday.......I go to court.  Why?

Well, we were renting our house that I'm living in now.  We had a 45 day claus in the lease saying that either party can give 45 days notice to teminate the lease.  Well, we did that.........33 days before th lease expired, she moved out giving us only 3 days notice and didn't pay for that last month.  So, we kept her deposit.  She cried and then hung up on us when we explained it to her but she didn't want to talk at all.  So she's sueing us and we have decided to countersue her for some minor damage.  We were just going to let it go because we did feel a little bad about the whole situation.......but not anymore with her sueing us. 

Ok, so.......who's right in this situation???
