I keep hearing 'Do They Know It's Christmas' on the radio. Damn that song is catchy. And it's fun too, which is really weird. I find myself toodling down the road, pointing my finger out the window singing 'Feeeeeed theeeee WOOOO---OOORLD!' like I'm a rockstar. Speaking of that, I like to try and figure out who is singing at what part. I know I could probably look that up online somewhere for the answers but it's so much more fun going ooh...I love this verse! Is that Big Country or Tears for Fears singing? Wait, I know this is Boy George...or maybe it's the guy from Depeche Mode? And wasn't Michael Jackson in the video? Where the hell is his verse?

Of course I know when Bono starts singing, it's the 'Clanging Chimes of Doom' which is my favorite part of the song even though it's so damn morbid. What happened with this thing? It's still got to be making money, being on Christmas Complilations and shit---are they still sending checks over to Ethiopia or was there some statute of limitations on the profit? I will never have the answer to these questions but damn, it's a fun and catchy tune, which is just WRONG!

My favorite part is where Bono, in his typical overwrought singing style, sings "...and tonight thank God it's them instead of you!". Gee, thanks for making me feel like a dick...

Bono, Sting, Duran Duran, and Boy George in the same song? Classic
