Cell Phone Woes

So da bitch got me uh new phone. Apparently muh ma fuckin old phone, which wuz able ta send an' receive both phone calls an' text messages quite efficiently, wuz just not tight enough. So she knows someone who re-sells deez things an' I now gots uh Palm Treo phone wiff 10 jillion buttons an' uh screen ya can whack wiff uh stylus (which apparently, da previous owner lost). So dis here guy'snumber iz somehow impregnated in da phone as da voicemail number. I tried setting da speed dial ta myself, I tried changing settings, all kinds o' crap. The end result iz on Saturday, I dialed his number by mistake. He answered, I said 'oops wrong number'. Then while fiddling wiff it I proceeded ta dial his number by mistake another 8 or 9 times. Finally I wuz at da Suns game, fiddling wiff it, an' he called. I ignored da first one, then he called right back ag'in. I couldn't hear him but I yelled into da phone 'sorry, I setting up muh ma fuckin voicemail an' it keeps dialing ya by mistake. I'll stop messing wiff it now'. I could not hear his response but he hung up. Right then, da voicemail he had left da first tyme popped up. I touched da screen an' it dialed his number ag'in. OOPS! At dat point I shut da phone off. The reason I feel so bad iz I know if it wuz me, I'd be PISSED. When I finally got ta da point I could retrieve muh ma fuckin voicemail I thought it would be an angry message but da guy wuz really calm, someone keeps dialing muh ma fuckin number, please either jet uh message or stop calling. It made me feel even worse, at least if da guy wuz screaming I'd be like, werd up he'san ahole anyway. But nahh...he had ta be polite. Anyway, it'suh very tight phone. But I be afraid ta whack it at dis here point. Hopefully Alltel can tell me how ta fix da damn thin' although they've been ineffective ta dis here point. what 'chew thinking man?

DO a hard reset on the phone, remove the battery and see if there is a reset hole in the back of the phone You will lose all data you've previously entered
