It's Time!

So holiday business, work craziness, and the reading of a couple of new books (including the new Halo book) have interfered with my gaming time recently. There's also the dreaded NFL/NBA crossover schedule, when both sports are running concurrently, which eats into my gaming time. Sorry I have been missing clan nights, and I am also sorry for the friend requests I keep denying, because I'm usually not on for more than 1/2 hour at a time.  I am also aware, thanks to McBain, that I have not been doing my late-night-drunken-foulmouth sessions lately. What the heck is wrong with me?


Not much point to this post, just letting you guys know, I'm still here and eventually I'll be back couch-potatoing it with the crew. I am really enjoying both Gears of War and Rainbow Six: Vegas. Both games are fantastic! I've got my buddies coming over tonight to play some split-screen, so if you see me tonight and I deny your friend request, please don't take it personally. I get a lot of shit from these guys if I have to put the game on hold to send out a message, so I don't always do that.  I do want to eventually play some co-op though, so I do appreciate the invites (thanks Sir Poonga!) but I don't want to get in, get a game started and then have to leave immediately. I'm not anti-social, I swear! Just look me up at about 5 a.m. eastern time on Sunday morning if you don't believe me, I'll be just stumbled in from the bar and ready for action!

Yeah you missed out Sabres. There was this one night after football...I had been drinking since 10 am if I remember correctly :)

Yes, it was 10 AM Exactly when you started drinking. You did do one hell of a job defending our base though.

I did not puke but I woke up around 3 a.m., on top of the bedcovers, one shoe and sock on and one off, fully dressed otherwise, two TV's blasting and every light in the house turned on. That Monday was rough.

I figured it would be more fitting to find a photo of me with an actual drink in my hand. At home I have one of me with wine and margarita in my hands and a beer in the holder next to me. That was one fun birthday! Sjam, how does your wife feel about having to take all those photos of you that you pass off as me?
