My weekend

Since I seem to have acquired this reputation for being a drunk somehow, I figured I'd tell you guys how my weekend is gonna be. 

Tonight there is a Christmas party. A friend of mine has this huge group of friends who rent out part of a restaurant every year. Last year they pooled a bunch of money and paid for an open bar for a few hours. Let's just say, they aren't letting us go back to that place. This year I guess we are doing it at a different place with no open bar. I'm just hoping no one pukes and gets us thrown out this year. No, it wasn't me.

Saturday night is the first annual '12 bars of Christmas'.  It's not an original idea, but it sounds fun as hell. I need to get my Santa costume today. That's right, me and some friends are dressing up as Santa and walking around Mill Avenue, I don't think we'll actually make it to 12 bars but one can always dream. The minimum requirements are: a santa hat. But you don't want to do just the minimum do you? I'm encouraging people to wear a beard, at the very least. I think my friend said he's going to wear santa pants, santa beard and santa eyebrows. So maybe we'll be 'Santas and Old Kung-Fu Master'.

Sunday, we'll c'monnnn! That's football day. If I can manage to drag myself out of the bar sometime before 10 pm, I'll try to get on for Rainbow Six night, and then all the new members of my clan are in for a real treat.  All I can say is, if you have kids, make sure you're using the earphone and not the speakers for intra-squad communication.

It's going to be a rough weekend. But that's what the holidays are all about!
