Oh man what a bad day. First of all, yesterday I tried to wipe my hard drive and start all over again. Without going into details, I thought i backed up the photos and music on a portable drive. Well it turns out I only backed up the music.  Data recovery software, here I come!

And then, Street Fighter 4 sucks (in my opinion). It's way too fucking difficult. Even on EASY, it's not even close to being fun.  I don't care if it's 'complex', I want to be able to put a game in my xbox and fucking play it. This game definitely is not for me, because I am not a college student with an entire summer ahead of me to sit down and put in 10 hours a day learning the fucking combos.

Then there's this: I am not going to be able to see Star Trek until next week! Tomorrow morning I have to drive to New Mexico to spend the weekend with my girlfriend's family, and I don't think Star Trek is on the agenda. That is a major bummer. I considered going to the midnight showing tonight--then I came to my senses and just kicked myself in the balls instead. The last thing I need to be doing the night before a 7 hour drive is standing in line for 2 hours so I can sit front row and look straight up while some romulan next to me sits there picking his nose and telling his friend why the NCC-1701C was the best Enterprise of all of them.

Finally, I was reading something about Buckethead--I did not know he played guitar on most of the new GNR album. Actually I couldn't care less about that, but what this vital piece of information did do was stick 'Shackler's Revenge' into my head on infinite loop.  What a ridiculous damn song. The chorus is kind of catchy but why the hell do they screech out those random chords? Sounds like a cat walked over a Casio keyboard and they accidentally put it in the song.

So that's it! Thanks for stopping by. I hope you enjoyed the cup of tea and the little sitdown we had. Maybe next time you can tell me about your gripes.

Best blog ever. I don't think any Star Trek Movie will match when they go get the whale to save the earth and Shatner was trying to score with the tree hugger than ran the aquarium. Wasn't Darth Vader in that one? Live long and propel.

That sounds sweet until you run a cost/benefit analysis on having that kid around for 16 years. Plus side: free movies. Minus side: everything else. And yes I'm just talking monetary value. Parents please don't feel like you have to 'set me straight' on the True Life Benefits of Having a Child.

plus the cost to drive to the theater and for the laundry detergent to wash my clothes so I look real smart at said theater as well as the food I had to eat that day and water I pay for in order to stay alive to make it to the theater good point, I still get to see it before you though fucker

I love how we all agree that free means a bunch of other bullshit costs that have nothing to do with whatever it is that was free in the first place. Rabb, if I were to happen to be in the same theater as you, could we make out a little?
