What a day and what the???

I guess we got hit with a pretty bad thunderstorm last night, I crashed hard after my 4+ hour fantasy football draft and slept through the whole thing. On my way to work, which usually takes 15 minutes or so, a few of the traffic lights are down and everyone decides to forget on what to do at a four way stop and I arrive at work after a 45 minute trip. I get there only to find we have no power, no phones and of course no computers. But we are told it should only be an hour "or so" before the power should be restored. Seven hours later they finally get a generator to power the phones and a computer or two. People have been trying to reach us all day and they all call till they get through for the next 3 hours. So needless to say it's been a bad day.

I get home and decide to relax a little. Put in "Gears of War" to blow off some steam and with only dying once I beat act 1 on the insane level. Which was kind of mind blowing since I usually die quite often on the other skill levels but I guess the stress of the day helped me focus. After beating act 1 I take a break, have some dinner and then check my email and a friend sends me this video and suddenly after feeling so mind wiped from work, I find myself feeling smarter than the average bear...
