Toy Soldiers

by watching the video i cant quite see how the games played, is this a traditional RTS where you're able to manipulate the units, group the units as well as  zoom into their point of view and manualy control groups or individuals? or is the gameplay a combination of RTS and TBS, where each player moves their units while the games paused, then when both players are finished they hit go and watch as their armies run around destroying each other, and you're able to take control of airplanes, tanks, or gun turrets in a attempt to sway the battle in your direction?

i think this game looks freaking fantastic, and im damn happy i decided to not buy MilitaryMadness.
