Shared on Thu, 02/28/2008 - 13:47Passed my series 7 Test this morning.
Had to get up at 4:45am EST to make it to be on time for my 7:00am test about an hour away.
That kind of sucked but it worked out alright b/c there wasn't any traffic and I had trouble finding the place.
Got there about 20 minutes early and began the check in process which takes about 10 minutes. You can't have anything on your head, or in your pockets as a precaution for cheating. Along with this the place with Camera'd up like you would believe. When you walk in there is a wall of television screens showing you that, yes you are on camera for everything you do here. There was also a shit load of signs letting you know that was the case throughout the building.
So after I got checked in I sat down at my computer and began the test. Let me just say it wasn't easy. Not as hard as I thought it was gonna be, but it wasn't an easy test to pass.
The whole thing took me about 3 1/2 hours to finish (about and 15 minutes per section), you get six hours to finish the test.
After the test you get to look at computer screen for about 15 to 20 seconds while you wait on your score. Let me tell you those couple of seconds lasts a life time.
So when the results screen popped up with a "PASS" Result I was thoroughly relieved.
Now on to the Series 66 and Life and health exams.
Oh and the onto the bar.
