Shared on Wed, 01/04/2012 - 15:39I switched it up today and adding in some extra movements on my workouts. I normally run 3 to 5 miles straight up at a 7:30 pace or faster. Today I broke up the run into 800 meter intervals with 20 burpees after each run. The goal was to do the combo as many times as possible in 30 minutes. I ended up with 5 which is a little slow in my opinion. Check out my blog, and follow along if you're interested. Findthewarrior.com
On a side note I am neglecting my Xbox, but that is about to change this evening as it is 2old2shoots clan night. MW3 should be a good time with a room starting at 9-9:30 and running til whenever.
