The return of the box...

In less than three weeks MS managed to repair the broken 360. Whats more is that not only is the three quads error gone, in addition they fixed the front panel buttons, DVD drive errors and added a new heat sink assembly. I guess my little note packed with the box may have helped. With any sort of luck this box will last longer then previously.

As soon as I saw the box was heading back, I went to gamefly and put BF:BC back on the queue along with some other games (UT, Bioshock, Supreme Commander). I was sure that there was no way GF would ship BF:BC back seeing as the availability was pretty low. But then it happened. GF shipped the game back! So now I can get back to playing.

Well, actually, I can get back to playing as soon as I clean up this trashed condo. My niece and her son are coming down (maybe) later this week, and while neither will probably stay (or even visit) my place, I should clean-up just in case. For the 'how bad is it?' question...like groups of teenaged gamers and geeks have been having meet-ups in the place for a few years. Yep, I have absolutely no relation to Mr. Clean, but I'll see what I can do...

What else...The Closer and Stargate Atlantis have returned, Pysch is schedule to return soon, as well as Eureka. I guess those will have to do until the main fall TV season kicks in again.

Does anyone really like the new layout and color scheme of Last.FM? Too white & too sparse...
