It has been seven days since I started exercising. Seven days of riding +10 miles, and one day of riding 22 miles (with my body saying "don't even think about doing that again for a couple weeks!"). How many for more day ahead? Dunno. Just keeping on the go.
I don't know why, but bicycling is my exercise of choice. Maybe it is the feeling of the wind against skin & blowing through the hair. seeing new and interesting things, pushing myself and the bike faster and harder, avoiding and evading vehicles & pedestrians, and/or just the rush. For some reason I think I just can't get enough.
I've made some more modifications to the diet, namely adding celery, cottage cheese, cucumbers, and regular cheese to substitute for the 90/100 calorie snack bars. I'll probably be adding lettuce & carrots after the next grocery run. I still haven't decided on whether to cut the lunch meat sandwiches and just drink a RTD shake and some celery & carrots for lunch, but I'm looking into it to cut some sodium, carbs and maybe calories.
I think I may have broken my gaming streak on the 360voice blog. With dieting, exercising, work, chores and stuff there just isn't enough time on my workdays to do any gaming. Still, maybe I'll turn on the 360 for a few sessions of COD4 later tonight. I only have 20 more days until I hit the 100 day streak.
