Got my rental of RB6V2 and am all ready to play - tonight. I've got some stuff to do before I get to play...

Apparently the date has been set for the Chi-lan, so I'll need to consider that for this year. Looking at the pics from last year I was wondering if & why all the monitors were all like 13" to 15" panels. Just seems strange for a group of older gamers to be using about the smallest possible sized panels. Unless Doodi can't seem to rent some 19" & 22", and maybe a couple 50"s for some one-on-one playoffs.

The trouble with attending is too many possible road-blocks - hurricane season, constantly moving work projects (vacations may be canceled/revoked), gas vs airline prices (drive vs fly, but driving looks better with moving work projects), bring monitor vs rent in Chicago (if possible), alcohol issues (getting banned from yet another city), etc...

S.Fla had a cold front move through last night. Supposedly got down to the mid-40s. I woke around 9am and it was in the mid-50s so I put off biking today and I opted for 2 half-hour sessions on the elliptical trainer. Got one done but now it is up to 70 outside with a nice breeze of, um, 20mph. Little high on the wind, but I can deal. I guess I'll go out and do my 12mi route.

The weight has been really bouncing around this week. I guess the diet change to balance the fat, carbs & protein isn't working, so back to what I was doing before - ~50% carbs and the remainder being fat & protein.  Fortunately that only involves a few minor food changes.

Finally got my taxes done. Well, I went to the accountant and they'll review the figures for maybe a week, then I'll go back for a pickup and mail-in (I think they charge too much for e-filing). I'm getting a good deal back, plus the econ-stim package, so a PS3 is definitely in my future (save the rest for hurricane season & Chi-lan).

Well, that is it for now...
