Count down to the closing

Well the count down is on until we close.  We signed the contract with the mortgage broker today.  ( I have writers cramp)  If I dont have to sign anything again for the next 5 years I would be good.  The close can not come soon enough.  The little kid above us makes me crazy with his shreaking at the top of his little precious lungs. (Grrrrr)  It is worst than a thousand finger nails running down a chalk board.  I will keep you all updated.  I know to some this is no big deal.  But for GUNZ and I it is our first house and we are very excited.

congatulations! i remember when my wife and i got our first house. its the greatest feeling knowing you can do whatever you want to the house or the yard and not have to think about what someone else will let you do. want that fountain that looks like a cherub pissing? put it in the front yard! and use yellow water!! its your house do what you want. yeah, its a whole lot better than renting. congrats again.

Congrats! your so happy. The wife and I have been in our house for almost 6 years and I can say without any reservation that it was the best thing we could have ever done. We have many friend who still rent and as youll soon see your mortguage will stay pretty much the same and everyone elses rent will continue to go up. Enjoy guys!!!
