So now MJ has got a fitness thing going on, and, of course, I had to jump in.  I joined the forum, and it is cool to hear everyone's story.  And it is especially cool to know that guys are also weight/fitness conscious.  I go to the gym to workout, and have blogged about that before.  I weigh in once a week, and it doesn't change much, just a little up or down now and then.  Today, to honor the new group of 2old2play fitness heroes, I increased my weights by 5 lbs. and crunches by 5.  oooooo, think about me tomorrow when I am sore!  I do a complete weight circuit and it was time to increase the weight anyways.


Seated Leg Press:  130 lbs.


Glute Leg Raise:  65 lbs


Leg Extension:  55 lbs


Seated Leg Curl:  55 lbs


Rotary Calf:  130 lbs


Hip Adduction:  55 lbs


Hip Abduction:  55 lbs


Dual Axis Overhead Press:  30 lbs


Dual Axis Chest Press:  30 lbs


Dual Axis Incline Press:  30 lbs


Back Extension:  60 lbs


Torso Rotation:  50 lbs


Ab Crunch:  60 lbs


Dual Axis Pulldown:  55 lbs


Dual Axis Row/Rear Deltoid:  40 lbs/15 lbs


Lat Pulldown:  55 lbs


Arm Curl:  30 lbs


Arm Extension:  30 lbs


Pec Dec:  15 lbs  (wimp)


And I do 12-15 reps each, depending on my mood!  And, of course, 30-45 mins on the treadmill.  Yay team!  2old2play fitness ROCKS!

i used to do some weight lifting when i was younger, when i was 18 my best clean & jerk was 170lbs, and my best bench press was 215lbs. haven't done it for years now though.
