Another Plan

I smell another road trip!  I know, I know, I am doing the NE LAN in April.  And, considering where I'd like to go, it will have to wait until after that.  I am always restless and ready to run away from home.  So, this is the tentative plan....

Hop on a plane to Detroit to see my brother and family.  Rent a car and take off for Canada.  Who would I like to see?  J-Kat and her little Erica are first on my list.  We are supposed to tart up, leave the guys home, and go out!  Invitation accepted!  I just have to figure out when......  Then, I will find my fav Canadian clannies and have a get-together with them.  D-man and I talked last night.  He said we will get together and play Magic.  He still plays some paper, I never have.  So I said, let's compromise.  We'll sit face to face on with our laptops and play magic online.  What a hoot!  That way we can cheat and have lots of fun doing it!!!!!!  I want to meet Dave's wife and his kitty.  And, let's see who else.......  Oh, I know!  The best time to go would be August?  Why?  Let's redo the plan...

Fly to Detroit, rent a car, see my brother and family.  Drive to Chicago for the LAN, party till I drop, sleep for a couple days, then take off for Canada.  What a gas!  Well, if it is going to be August, I have plenty of time to plan.  And there won't be any snow to worry about.  Yuk!  Snow!  That's a whole different blog.

So, from Michigan to Illinois and up to Canada.  Who else can I see?  Friends I've never met.....
